A total of 121 homes sold compared to 106 last year.  The average sold price was $122,591 and the median price was $109,000.

38 homes sold in the $30,000 to $80,000 range. 

36 sales occurred in the $100,000 to $159,999 range

The average days on market was 157

22 sales occurred in the $160,000 to $249,999 range

There were 8 sales in the $250,000 to $399,999 range

Months of inventory for:

$100,000 to $119,999 = 3.4   Last year same period 10

$120,000 to $139,999 = 4      Last year same period 11

$140,000 to $159,999 = 6.8                                     8

Fourth Quarter Market Report

A total of 162 homes sold in the last quarter of 2011 compared to 147 in 2010.  This is more than the last three quarters of 2011.  First Quarter had 104, second quarter had 121 and third quarter had 141homes sold.

Forty five percent sold in the $29,999 to $99,999 range

Forty seven percent sold in the $100,000 to $249,999 range.  Of those 16 sales were in the $120,000 to $139,999 range and 16 sales in the $200,000 to $249,000 range.

Fremont County had 8% more sales this quarter than last years fourth quarter

The average days on market was 204

The average sold price was $139,291 compared to last years $133,296.

Canon City Area Third Quarter Market Report 2011

A total of 141 homes sold between July 1 and September 30, 2011.

Forty percent were in the $100,000 to $159,999 range.

There were 13 sales in the $200,000 to $299,999 range compared to 7 last quarters and 24 last years.

Fremont County had 13% less sales this quarter than last years third quarter

Thirty seven percent (37%) of the homes sold were between 0 and $99,999.

The average days on market was 163

The average sold price was $137,101

Months of Inventory for the following price ranges are:
